Conservatoire Concerts is hosting several concerts in November and December. The first is The Music that Transverses Time on Saturday 1 November, 7pm. featuring Baroque as well as Classical and 20th Century arias. For this concert we welcome, once again, the internationally acclaimed Portuguese singer, Joao Paolo Ferreira who will be accompanied by pianist Guy Murgatroyd. A Chamber Music Festival follows: The first concert on Saturday 29 November, 7pm, is a performance by Halcyon String Quartet; then, on Saturday 6 December, 7pm, Neruda String Quartet will be performing. Programmes will include Mozart’s Prussian Quartet, Schubert’s Death and the Maiden and Puccini’s Crisantemi. All concerts will take place at Godalming Baptist Church GU7 1BA.
